HEPCAT (hep’kat’) n. Slang. A person who is hep or hip; same as hipster.

Lap steels are hep and always have been, but the truth is, they (the vintage ones) are getting old and worn out.  I’m here to continue the tradition of making cool guitars while adding my own creative flair AND the best components available.

I want to see and hear lap steels in ever more, new and different styles and genres, not just the traditional ones.  Let’s keep things interesting and not let the lap steel fade away!
